Welcome to Week 15 of 2016 and our heightened quality of life through sensory experiences. Our Journey Guide, Frederick “Fritz” Perls, the developer of the existential form of therapy called Gestalt Therapy, helps people integrate the whole of life by reclaiming disowned parts of the self.
This is the top of Yosemite’s Clouds Rest. Our youngest daughter climbed up there with her boyfriend and his family. Imagine that you went with them and were sitting at the top of the world.
It’s a good place to take your mid-week enchanted breath, don’t you think? I think it’s spectacularly tranquil.
Dear Sensory Enchanted Journeyers!
It’s Week 14, 2016. Climb on board for the month-long excursion into Enchanted Key #4-Sensory Experiences. I do believe that this key is vital in improving your quality of life. So much of each day can become a blur, and stopping to see, smell, hear, taste and feel the roses makes everything more memorable.
Dear Adventurous Journeyers,
I invite you to ponder the mark you want to leave on the world. Begin the journey toward an enchanted life. It’s one in which you learn to manage or eliminate stress and move beyond quiet contentment, all the way to enchantment! That’s a rich, wondrous, sensory experience of life.

We may be wrapping up our month on the Enchanted Key to Sensory Experiences, but that doesn’t mean that we are through with them! Mindfully invite your senses to everything you do and the quality of your life and memories will improve.
See this chocolate chip pumpkin bread I made? Look at it and enjoy its beauty.
Dear Sensory-rich Enchanted Journeyers,
It’s already time to wrap up our month on Enchanted Key #4-Sensory Experiences! This will make it a busy week as we pay attention to smells, tastes and touch. My favorites, you ask? I’m happy to share. I LOVE the smell of chocolate.
Chin up! The whole quality of your life can be altered by layering on the senses.
Take a deep breath wherever you are right now and exhale. Take another and release your breath and the tension in your muscles and nerves.
In this very moment, find something in your view that pleases you and enjoy looking at it for a moment.
