Invite Gratitude to the Table This Thanksgiving Day
Invite gratitude, can be a phrase that you repeat in your head throughout Thanksgiving Day. In my private psychotherapy practice, people are expressing fears that conversation will turn into political war at the dinner table.

Breathe in Gratitude, Exhale Peace
In the U.S., as we prepare for our Thanksgiving celebrations, we need to decide to join our nation in peace.
Stop what you’re doing.
Breathe.
Release tension from your body, mind, spirit, and emotions.
Release anger, hatred, disappointment, and fear, if you’re harboring those feelings.
Focus on gratitude.
Happy Winter Solstice, dear Enchanted Journeyers!
The new season crept in yesterday, on Tuesday, December 22nd.
This can be a busy and hectic time of year. It’s important to protect your health, belongings and sanity.
Imagine yourself as a new gentle layer of pristine fallen snow.
You are pure, silent and beautiful.
Dear Enchanted Journeyers,
I am grateful to be on this journey with all of you.
Deep breath in.
Exhale.
Breathe in gratitude.
Exhale love.
Breathe in gratitude.
Exhale peace.
As we embark on the holiday season, let’s take a moment to focus on what really matters to us.
May you and yours be filled with gratitude, love and peace.
