It’s almost Cinco de Mayo, (mañana) and time to breathe and remember to clear clutter in your physical body. I’m not talking about downing three prune smoothies, but rather honoring the temple of your body by not ingesting things that don’t serve it or aid in its optimum functioning.

This is the top of Yosemite’s Clouds Rest. Our youngest daughter climbed up there with her boyfriend and his family. Imagine that you went with them and were sitting at the top of the world.
It’s a good place to take your mid-week enchanted breath, don’t you think? I think it’s spectacularly tranquil.

It’s time for your Enchanted Breath.
Remember learning about fire safety and the phrase, “STOP, DROP AND ROLL?” Use it to turn off the fire alarms blaring in your body, mind, spirit and emotions right now.
STOP. Turn your attention inward.
Decisions. We make several every day. When you’re not sure of the path to take on the enchanted journey, ask yourself this question: Does it tire me or inspire me?
Then follow your heart, marry it to your head, and walk confidently in the direction of your dreams.
Take a deep, cleansing breath of March air.
It’s mid-week again.
Time to shut your office door or, if you’re home and your children and pets are supervised (not by each other), then take a few minutes to get your music jam on and banish stress.
