Emotional Clutter: Release Pent Up Feelings on the Out Breath
Emotional clutter can be released on the out breath. Let’s practice letting go during our midweek Enchanted Breath. Each and every inhale needs to feel like a cool, minty, refreshing breath of expansion, and each and every exhale, a release of pent-up emotions.

Breathe in Gratitude, Exhale Peace
In the U.S., as we prepare for our Thanksgiving celebrations, we need to decide to join our nation in peace.
Stop what you’re doing.
Breathe.
Release tension from your body, mind, spirit, and emotions.
Release anger, hatred, disappointment, and fear, if you’re harboring those feelings.
Focus on gratitude.
Dear Enchanted Journeyers, are you feeling like a bee in a swarm right now? Break away because it’s time for your enchanted breath. In fact, let’s imagine entering the stillness and tranquility of the dark space of night for a few moments.
It doesn’t matter if there is light and sound all around you.
Dear Enchanted Journeyers,
Raise your hand if you made your bed today. High five if you did!

Close your eyes. Drop the tension from your muscles and nerves and let Froggie hop away with it to transmute into little tadpoles.
This is the top of Yosemite’s Clouds Rest. Our youngest daughter climbed up there with her boyfriend and his family. Imagine that you went with them and were sitting at the top of the world.
It’s a good place to take your mid-week enchanted breath, don’t you think? I think it’s spectacularly tranquil.
Art Journals offer you a space to create the season.
It’s time for your Enchanted Breath. May it be one of many stress-reducing breaths this spring.

White, picket fences and enchantment that awaits on the other side of the gate. Fun. Playful.
