As many of you know, I’ve been working my biscuits off preparing an enchanted course just for you! There is much to be done in this process and the Dragons of Overwhelm are only too happy to sit on my desk with an air horn and throw spitballs at me while I’m trying to concentrate.


Enter, Mariah, with her generous heart. I watched her free video about sprint planning that also included a free sprint planner! It involves no running shoes but takes you across the finish line to completing your work by banishing multitasking.

Whether you have an online or brick and mortar business, Mariah’s brilliant plan helps you break down your projects into manageable two-week tasks, or sprints. My to-do list on any given week is: 1-Create world peace 2-Find the cure for major diseases 3-figure out how to set up an automated email sequence.


Mariah has us write down all of the tasks involved in our projects and prioritize them. She even uses color-coded Post-It Notes, like I do, so you gotta love her already. The tasks are broken down into two week sprints in which you only focus on completing that task. You know how Dragons wave the next shiny thing in front of you when you’re trying to work. You plan for 90 days, in two week sprints, (some require double sprints) and you get things accomplished!

Every time a sprint is completed, a Dragon is tamed. Sprints harness those Dragons and command them to stop chasing you and pull your chariot instead. It’s mindfulness at it’s best.


So for this midweek Enchanted Breath, pick one important thing you’d like to mindfully sprint on for the next two weeks.

To clear the space in your mind and body, take a deep and cleansing breath in. On the exhale, let all of your tension release. Empty your lungs of stagnant qi and repeat. Rotate your shoulders up, back, and down a few times. Reverse the direction. Stand, with feet about hip distance apart, and gently shift your weight back and forth, foot to foot. Now get ready to sprint, as the enchanted superhero you are.

Stay enchanted and keep moving in the direction of your dreams.
