Schedule Spring Fun or the Dragons Might Steal it Away
Schedule spring fun. If you don’t, the Dragons of tasks and to-dos will likely take over.
The Best Intentions
It’s amazing how people are all about systems for scheduling meetings and webinars and conferences yet most don’t think it’s important to actually schedule fun. The mentality is that, of course, people want to have fun and will make time for it. That’s the theory but sadly, not the reality.
Did you know that you’re less likely to go to the zoo, for instance, if you just say, “I’d like to go to the zoo,” and don’t schedule it on the calendar? Other activities crowd your planner, instead.
For this week’s Enchanted Breath, I’m changing it up with a brief audio meditation moment in which you can choose spring activities that are meaningful to you. After you’ve decided how many and which ones you’d like to engage in, then you need to put them on your calendar to make it happen.
Enchanted Breaths are the “ahh, the haha, and the aha! of life.”
