MANIFEST YOUR DREAMS
Ready to manifest your dreams while you take your first Enchanted Breath of the New Year? 2016 was kind of rough for a lot of people. But that’s behind us now. It’s time to take charge of your plans, dreams, and what you want to manifest this year.
If you were doing anything other than reading my Enchanted Blog post on New Year’s Day, then you might not have created your vision board for 2017. Follow this link and decide whether you’d like to make an old school or new school version. Research shows that when we map out our dreams and our plans are on the calendar, they’re more likely to happen.
Take a deep and cleansing breath of fresh air that comes with new beginnings. Block out everything that is already clamoring for your attention. Focus on three things you would like to manifest in this new year. It could be a way you would like to feel. It can be a project you would like to complete. It might be a skill or a material possession you would like to acquire.
THE THRILL OF VICTORY
Choose one of those three things and imagine that you have completed the task. You have success with it. Imagine looking at yourself in the mirror as a winner. What do you notice about yourself when you’ve achieved something that you set out to do? How do you dress? How do you walk? How do you speak? See that smile on your face? Let yourself feel in every pore how wonderful it is to achieve something that is important to you. Walk around in your mind with those good feelings for a few moments.
PLAN THE ACTIONS THAT TAKE YOU TO ACHIEVING YOUR GOALS
Another deep and purifying inhale and exhale, releasing any tension that may have crept into your muscles and nerves. Let the air of achievement carry you through toward manifesting your deepest desires in 2017.
