It’s Summer’s end 2016. It’s the last day of summer and also time for your midweek enchanted breath.
Inhale deeply the last remnants of fresh basil, summer breezes, and the few sweet strawberries still clinging to their stems. Exhale the summer of 2016. All of the troubles and all of the joys of the season are behind us. Use your breath to clear the space for the new season to arrive at 10:21 AM EDT tomorrow morning.
On your next inhale, let your sense memory recall the smells of pumpkin, cinnamon, and burning leaves. Exhale deeply and let the relaxation spread throughout your entire body. Relaxing fully from the top of your head down, down to the bottoms of your feet. Imagine yourself for a few moments lying in a hammock tied to a strong and sturdy tree. Feel the afternoon sun on your face and the cool breeze across your body. Hear the echo of a dog barking and the crows flying overhead. Let all of the tension be released from your body, your mind, your spirit, and your emotions. Let the ahh of autumn fill you.
Enchanted breaths are the “ahh, the haha, and the aha! of life.”
