I saw this poster in a window while my husband and I were visiting Asheville, NC. It made me smile and I hope that it does the same for you.
I think that we should all yell “chocolate” instead of “cheese” when we are smiling for photographs.
If you like chocolate, join me in this non-caloric, guilt-free heavenly moment. Let yourself smile as you imagine breathing in the scent of chocolate. Inhale deeply and exhale. Take another deep, chocolatey breath and exhale.
Let your tension melt away like a chocolate bar or double-scoop chocolate ice cream on a cone that’s being warmed by the sun. See the chocolate softening, inhale its scent, imagine tasting it and immerse yourself in its creamy texture.
