You know what they say. “Laughter is the best medicine.” They (clearly not the Dragons) say that because it’s true. Let’s have a healthy dose right now.
Think back to a time when something was so funny that you thought you’d split your sides laughing. You might not even remember exactly what it was that made you laugh, but you will likely remember the sensation and joy of laughing with wild abandon.
Read this through and then close your eyes and recall that first catch in your breath when something funny happens, beginning the cascade of laughter. Re-experience the tucking in of your stomach muscles prior to the out breath that bursts forth from your mouth into a laugh. Relive the rapid-fire sensation of doing a hundred sit-ups when you have a good belly laugh. Remember the way your shoulders shake up and down and your eyes squeeze shut, maybe even tearing a little.
Open your eyes and be on the lookout for opportunities to laugh.
Belly laughs are a complete physical and emotional workout. Experience them often.
Enchanted Breaths are the “ahh, the haha, and the aha! of life.”

Reconnect to your inner child who ran through fields, splashed in a stream, and rolled down grassy hills. If your spirit has been trapped inside, then you need to air it out as you listen to my Nature Meditation and get your “ahh” on.
