Enchanted Breaths in Fairy Gardens

29-EB Crowned Froggie Chorus April 13Enchanted Breath time! This little guy showed up to sing to me while I gardened. He knows a thing or two about enchanted gardens and the importance of heightening sensory experiences. He’s quite a looker, too.

Close your eyes. Drop the tension from your muscles and nerves and let Froggie hop away with it to transmute into little tadpoles. Breathe in and release. Breathe in and release.

Imagine for a minute that you are this frog. Your green body is sleek and you have been detailed with yellow striping. Stunning. Notice that, even as a frog, you are smiling!

Impress yourself with the variety of croaking sounds that you can make.

Consider what you smell like! It’s probably very appealing to other frogs. Maybe you have some pond water on your back that is drying in the sun.

Tastes. As a frog, what tastes do you enjoy? How about some juicy fruit flies, moths, or crickets? Imagine them in abundance.

Textures. Driftwood and cork bark to climb on are among your favorites, as well as those tall branches you love. You like a little water on your feet.

It can be very refreshing and de-stressing to hop into a different scene every now and then, but it’s time to return, for now. But who knows, maybe you are a frog prince or princess and are happy to just stay the way you are.

Enchanted Breaths are the “ahh, the haha, and the aha! of life.”
