Decisions. We make several every day. When you’re not sure of the path to take on the enchanted journey, ask yourself this question: Does it tire me or inspire me?

Then follow your heart, marry it to your head, and walk confidently in the direction of your dreams.

Take a deep, cleansing breath of March air. Whether you’re about to enter the season of spring or fall, there is a fresh, crispness that is delicious to breath in.

Feet flat on the floor. Hands resting on your lap, palms up, open to receiving. Shoulders roll and release. A few gentle head rolls. Open your mouth wide, inhale through your mouth, as in a sleepy yawn and then narrow your mouth, exhaling breath in a few puffs. Inhale through your nose and pretend you are blowing a cotton ball across the countertop. Inhale fully, filling your lungs with possibilities. Exhale gratitude. Let your whole body settle into a state of peace. Rest there for a moment or two.

There’s your ahh.

It’s mid-week. You’ve probably made many decisions already that were really good ones. If you made some that weren’t so good, gather them in front of you in an imaginary pile, take a deep, pure breath and slowly blow them all away. The angels will catch them, transmute them into butterflies and send them on their way.

Get your ahh on and keep it going.

Enchanted breaths are the “ahh, the haha and the aha! of life!”
