Hello Jubilant Journeyers. We are embarking on a new season! In the Northern Hemisphere, the vernal equinox heralds spring. According to the Old Farmer’s Almanac, “the word equinox is derived from the Latin words meaning ‘equal night.’ All over the world, days and nights are approximately equal.
Warning: The task may be more difficult than sewing a button on a sweater you’ve had for ten years but haven’t worn because it’s missing a button. This week I invite you to take a look at clutter, as it exists in relationships.
Dear Enchanted Ones, let’s clear some space so that you can breathe more deeply. March 2015 is all about Enchanted Key #5-Reduced Clutter. You are so wonderfully busy running around with Key #4 to Sensory Experiences that you’re seeing, hearing, smelling, tasting and touching everything.
Here’s what you can do with roses…These are from the two dozen roses our son gave me for Valentine’s Day. They were wilting and hanging their petaled heads down.
Dear Sensory-rich Enchanted Journeyers,
It’s already time to wrap up our month on Enchanted Key #4-Sensory Experiences! This will make it a busy week as we pay attention to smells, tastes and touch. My favorites, you ask? I’m happy to share. I LOVE the smell of chocolate.
My dear Enchanted Journeyers,
We continue with our exploration of Key #4-Sensory Experiences, as I invite you to focus on the sense of sound.
Greetings Enchanted Visionary Journeyers!
This week, for the Key to Sensory Experiences, I invite you to pay attention to the sense of sight. Your Dragons will tell you that that sounds silly, when we see things all of the time, everywhere.
We are exploring heightened sensory experiences, Enchanted Key #4.
What a difference a sheet of glass makes.
Do you think the sensory experience would be different if you were in the water with them? Maybe so.
Take a deep and cleansing breath of air and exhale, relaxing your muscles and nerves. Have another lung-expanding breath and release.
Welcome to February and the month of Enchanted Key #4-Sensory Experiences! As your Enchantress and Guardian of the Enchanted Keys, I am not supposed to play favorites. BUT, if I were to, I daresay that this Key would head the list.
Greetings, Journaling Journeyers,
Art Journaling closes out our month on this Enchanted Key. Art journaling is recording images, thoughts and feelings without words. Often a few words are added, but it is different from the journals that are all about writing.
