Breathe in Gratitude, Exhale Peace

In the U.S., as we prepare for our Thanksgiving celebrations, we need to decide to join our nation in peace.

Stop what you’re doing.

Breathe.

Release tension from your body, mind, spirit, and emotions.

Release anger, hatred, disappointment, and fear, if you’re harboring those feelings.

Focus on gratitude.

There is much to be grateful for.

Inhale gratitude and the scents of love coming from the kitchen.

Exhale peace.

Repeat often and as many times as needed.

Return your attention to the present moment—-changed.
