Banish Stress with Enchanted Breaths

Dear Enchanted Journeyers,
It’s already mid-week! Have you taken a breath after the long weekend?
I could use some, now that it’s a few days after flexing my apple-picking muscles.
Let’s take a few breaths together.
No multi-tasking allowed for the next 3 minutes.

Take a deep breath in and begin to pay attention to your feet.
On the exhale, invite them to release any tension they are holding.
Another cleansing breath and on the exhale, relax your legs and the small of your back.
Breathe in and belly out.
Breathe. Rotate shoulders gently and drop them away from your ears. Let the relaxation spread down your arms and out through your fingertips.
See a light glowing around your heart and shining outward.
Breathe in and relax your neck, throat, facial muscles and the top of your head.
Imagine a serene place and breathe from there.
Ahhh.
You did it!
Enchanted Breaths are the “Ahh, the haha and the aha! of life.”
