Dear Faithful Journeyers,

This is the last enchanted breath of 2015 so make it a good one.

Deep breath in and release all of the tension from the day, the week, the month and the year.

All of it.

Another deep and purifying breath and let it go.

Now picture yourself in front of a campfire. Image that you have a stick for each habit that doesn’t serve you, every bit of negativity you experienced this year, all of your stress, poor decisions, and regrets and toss them, one by one, into the fire, until you have released them all and the Dragons have breathed fire on them.

Take another deep breath and exhale, feeling free and ready to set your intentions for 2016.

May it be a healthy, happy, prosperous and peaceful year for everyone.
