Happy Winter Solstice, dear Enchanted Journeyers!

The new season crept in yesterday, on Tuesday, December 22nd.

This can be a busy and hectic time of year. It’s important to protect your health, belongings and sanity.

Imagine yourself as a new gentle layer of pristine fallen snow.

You are pure, silent and beautiful. No matter the region you are in, breathe in the new season and exhale. Another deep and cleansing breath that fills your lungs, and on the exhale, releases tension, expectations and pressure that likely only you are creating for yourself.

If stress is truly being generated by others, use your breath to blow it slowly and steadily away.

You must be your strongest advocate for self-protection. Be  your own powerful Dragon at your gates. Set realistic schedules and plans. Eat mindfully. Get enough sleep. Have quiet moments alone to regroup.

Enjoy life and experience gratitude for every little thing and each big one that you can think of.
