Banish Stress with Enchanted Breaths

Dear Enchanted Journeyers,

Time for your weekly alignment.

This one is for your body, mind, spirit, emotions and attitude!

Are the Dragons chasing you or protecting you? If they’re still chasing you, then breathe with me.

Deep breath in. Exhale. Again.

The Dragons are not the boss of you. YOU are in charge.

For the body: Feet flat on the floor. Straighten your spine. Sit up tall. Roll your shoulders up and back. Tuck your tailbone under. Feel your stomach muscles working. Breathe slowly and deeply.

For the mind: Consider that you’ve been scaring yourself, exaggerating your fears, worries, and problems.  Clear that screen for a few moments so that there is open, blank space. Breathe into the openness. Feel the tension in your body and mind, release.

For the spirit: Know that you are not alone. There are forces for good, seen and unseen, assisting you.

For the emotions: Breathe in calm. Exhale peace. Breathe in calm. Exhale peace. All is well.

For the attitude: You are in charge of yourself on this journey. That’s good news. You have help but you are calling the shots. Is your body tense? Release the tension. Is your mind cluttered? Clear it. Did you forget that you don’t have to do all of the hard things alone? You don’t. Do you feel upset? Calm yourself.

It’s all within your power. Harness the energy of the Dragons and make your journey easier.

Another deep and purifying, healing breath. Ahh.

Enchanted Breaths are the “ahh, the haha and the aha! of life.”
