Banish Stress with Enchanted Breaths

It’s mid-week again.
Time to shut your office door or, if you’re home and your children and pets are supervised (not by each other), then take a few minutes to get your music jam on and banish stress.

Remember I told you in Sunday’s Enchanted Blog that music transports you?
It’s time to go wherever you want to go and breathe. Just breathe.

Take a controlled, deep and purifying breath in, hold it for a few seconds and release it.
Please repeat that, adding a few tension-releasing neck and shoulder rolls.
Put your soul-stirring music on and slow yourself down or shake yourself out.
Oh, yes.

My very favorite music is played on the violin by my youngest adult child, but when she isn’t available I love to listen to Celtic music by Adrian Von Ziegler. I love all of his music. VERY enchanting.
