Warning: The task may be more difficult than sewing a button on a sweater you’ve had for ten years but haven’t worn because it’s missing a button. This week I invite you to take a look at clutter, as it exists in relationships.
WHAT???? But that was my favorite…
Maybe don’t throw out things that belong to others, but clear your own space!
Breathe in all of that open air around you.
Clutter clogs your qi, or life force and creates stress, so sort through your junk, recycle it, or share it with someone who needs or wants the “treasure” of your trash.
Dear Enchanted Ones, let’s clear some space so that you can breathe more deeply. March 2015 is all about Enchanted Key #5-Reduced Clutter. You are so wonderfully busy running around with Key #4 to Sensory Experiences that you’re seeing, hearing, smelling, tasting and touching everything.
Here’s what you can do with roses…These are from the two dozen roses our son gave me for Valentine’s Day. They were wilting and hanging their petaled heads down.
We may be wrapping up our month on the Enchanted Key to Sensory Experiences, but that doesn’t mean that we are through with them! Mindfully invite your senses to everything you do and the quality of your life and memories will improve.
See this chocolate chip pumpkin bread I made? Look at it and enjoy its beauty.
Dear Sensory-rich Enchanted Journeyers,
It’s already time to wrap up our month on Enchanted Key #4-Sensory Experiences! This will make it a busy week as we pay attention to smells, tastes and touch. My favorites, you ask? I’m happy to share. I LOVE the smell of chocolate.
Chin up! The whole quality of your life can be altered by layering on the senses.
Take a deep breath wherever you are right now and exhale. Take another and release your breath and the tension in your muscles and nerves.
In this very moment, find something in your view that pleases you and enjoy looking at it for a moment.
My dear Enchanted Journeyers,
We continue with our exploration of Key #4-Sensory Experiences, as I invite you to focus on the sense of sound.
Little Munster offers us a mid-week chuckle at her antics.
Take a deep, restorative breath and exhale.
Laughter is good medicine.
Breathing is essential.
Make sure you are doing both.
Have an enchanting day!
