Anxiety Release Through Chakra Balancing Meditation

Anxiety release through chakra balancing meditation. Sunday’s post was about panic attacks and anxiety. Let’s take inventory of your chakras right now, during your midweek enchanted breath. We want to keep them balanced to help you release anxiety stored in your precious body, mind, spirit, or emotions.

For each one, you will: 

-place your hand on your chakra

-either expand or contract the energy to the size of your palm

-breathe into it

-spin it in a small clockwise circle (the direction is: up towards your head, to your left, down towards your feet, to your right, and back up again.

-Repeat an affirmation or create your own

Take a deep cleansing breath, in through your nose. Exhale, gently, through your mouth. Repeat. Deep breath in, and release.

1st Chakra

-hand at base of pubic bone, include legs and feet.

Red energy, expanding or contracting

Spin

Say: I release anxiety. I make room to recognize the beliefs I was taught in childhood and create my own vision of my world today. I walk on the earth in balance.

2nd Chakra

hand at sexual organs 

Orange energy, expanding or contracting

Breathe

Spin

Say: I release anxiety. I make room to find balance regarding my finances, creativity, sexuality, and issues of betrayal.

3rd Chakra

-hand at Solar plexus

Yellow energy, expanding or contracting

Breathe

Spin

Say: I release anxiety. I make room to balance my personal power and self-esteem.

4th Chakra

-hand at the heart, include arms and hands

Green energy, expanding or contracting

Breathe

Spin

Say: I release anxiety. I make room to have compassion for myself and others.

5th Chakra

-hand at throat

Blue energy, expanding or contracting

Breathe

Spin

Say: I release anxiety. I make room to speak my truth and exert my will for the Highest good of all concerned

6th Chakra

-hand at middle forehead (third eye)

Indigo energy, expanding or contracting

Breathe

Spin

Say: I release anxiety. I make room to include my intuition.

7th Chakra

-hand at crown of the head

Violet energy, expanding or contracting

Breathe

Spin

Say: I release anxiety. I make room to connect to Divine Source, Mother Nature, as positive forces greater than myself.

Take a moment to breathe deeply for a few more breaths and release any remnants of tension or anxiety. Feel good about the time you spent balancing your chakras.
