Get moving! Is Enchanted Key #7-Movement making you healthier and stronger? Yes!  It’s just what you’ve needed this month to get in shape and stay in shape.

Give me three minutes. Breathe in deeply and exhale. Breathe in again and as you exhale imagine all of your tension leaving your body and being loaded on to a boat on the dock. The angels will untether the rope, sail away, and invite the beautiful seagulls to carry your tension far away from you.

As you continue to release tension and relax your mind and spirit, think about how wonderful your body looks at the end of a month of regular exercise. (Didn’t follow along this month? Start now. A new month is ahead.)

Imagine your joy at hearing that your blood pressure has lowered, your weight decreased, and your cholesterol regulated.

Notice how the muscles under your chin and down the sides of your neck appear tighter from strengthening them. See your shoulders pulled back, head held high, standing up tall because you            feel great about yourself. Observe the definition forming in your biceps and triceps. Check out the outline of your muscular 6-pack that is developing. Revel in the way your pants fit over your firmer rear end. Appreciate your quad muscles sculpting and the calf muscles appearing in your legs. Use a few more muscles to smile about your progress.

Now all you have to do is catch up with your daydream. So get out there and get moving!
